1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how JustbabeJ ("we", "our", or "us")
handles information when you use Mental Math & Times Tables,
Android package com.learnakantwi.simplearithmetic (the "App").
- App activity and diagnostics: Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may collect interactions with the App, session information, crash logs, diagnostics, device model, operating-system version, app version, and similar technical identifiers.
- Advertising data: The free version displays ads through Appodeal and its mediation partners. Those providers may collect or receive advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad interactions, and consent choices to provide, measure, limit, or personalize ads where permitted.
- Google Play Games: If you use Play Games features, Google may process your Play Games identity, achievements, and leaderboard scores under your Google account.
- Purchases: Google Play processes subscriptions and other in-app purchases. We receive purchase status, product, and transaction tokens needed to unlock and restore paid features; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Information stored on your device: Profile names or nicknames, avatars, scores, streaks, preferences, and practice progress are stored locally on your device. The App does not upload this local profile information to JustbabeJ servers.
- Support communications: If you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
- To provide and maintain the app’s functionality.
- To remember local profiles, preferences, progress, and scores.
- To provide optional Play Games achievements and leaderboards.
- To process purchases and restore entitlements.
- To display, measure, and manage advertising and consent choices.
- To analyze usage, diagnose crashes, and improve the App.
- To respond to your support requests or feedback.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Information may be processed by service providers that support the App, including Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, and content delivery), Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Appodeal, and advertising mediation partners. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and your consent choices where applicable.
- We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Data Security
Data transmitted by the App is protected in transit using standard encrypted connections.
Local profile and progress data remains on your device unless you use a third-party feature
such as Play Games. No security method is completely risk-free.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App may be used by children. Local child-profile names and progress remain on the device.
Advertising and analytics providers may process the technical data described above subject to
applicable age, family, and consent requirements. Parents or guardians should use the in-app
privacy controls and may contact us with questions. Do not enter a child’s full legal name as
a local profile name.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You can change ad privacy choices from Settings > Privacy & data > Ad privacy settings.
You can delete local profiles, scores, streaks, and progress from
Settings > Privacy & data > Delete my data, or by uninstalling the App.
Play Games data is controlled through your Google account and Google Play Games settings.

8. Data Retention
Local App data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Third-party providers retain
data according to their own policies and legal obligations. We retain support messages only as
long as reasonably necessary to answer requests and maintain appropriate records.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its service providers, or legal requirements
change. We will post the updated policy at this URL and revise the effective date above.
